Gratitude has even been found to lower levels of stress and depression, and improve sleep. Here are some ways to share the small ways we can incorporate gratitude into their daily lives. Which of these will you try today?
Set a gratitude alarm. When the alarm goes off recite three things you were grateful for from the past 24 hours.
Send handwritten thank you cards. Write notes each week to express your appreciation to at least three people.

What is a Salt Lamp?
A Himalayan Salt Lamp is created from mined salt that has been hollowed out to allow room for a lightbulb. The light glows through the medium of the salt crystal, which can range in colour from a dark salmon pink to a pale orange. Salt lamps make attractive accent lights.
